Disabled Facilities
The disabled toilet is within easy reach on Pepper Street, next
to the ladies toilets. It's free of charge but users need a Radar
key to access it. For added peace of mind there is an emergency
alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
If you have trouble using the stairs, most of The Grosvenor
Centre is on one level and there is a customer lift from the NCP
car park and one down to the public toilets. You can loan a manual
wheelchair or an electric scooter, free of charge from our
Management Office. Call 01244 342 942 to book in advance.
Toilets
We want you to shop in comfort. That's why at The Grosvenor
Centre we pride ourselves on the accessibility and standards of our
toilet facilities. They can be located at the Pepper Street
entrance, near the escalator.
Baby Fresh
It's no fun for little ones (or you) when they are
uncomfortable. At The Grosvenor Centre our Parent and Baby room has
a baby changing and feeding area, a toilet and sink and nappy
vending service. Baby Fresh Facilities can be found on Pepper
Street, next to the ladies toilets. It's clean and secure, so you
can all take time-out and refresh.
Relax
Enjoy our range of places to eat at The Grosvenor Centre -
revive yourself with a cappuccino, grab a snack, or relax with
family and friends over a meal. Make The Grosvenor Centre the place
to take a break while shopping or have a perfect family day
out.
