The disabled toilet is within easy reach on Pepper Street, next to the ladies toilets. It's free of charge but users need a Radar key to access it. For added peace of mind there is an emergency alarm inside the toilet, should you need it.
If you have trouble using the stairs, most of The Grosvenor Centre is on one level and there is a customer lift from the car park and one down to the public toilets.
Shopmobility
The DIAL House shopmobility service, based in the Kaleyards car park off Frodsham Street, provides daily use of mobility scooters and wheel chairs to enable people with disabilities to access city centre shops and facilities. Wheelchairs are also avialble to take away on loan.
